Alberrys are proud to be associated with Winters Barns and are pleased to offer the following services for any event that you may choose to hold within this fantastic venue.

We can offer, but are not limited to, the following facilities:

  1. Full Draft Bar facilities, including all spirits and wine options that you may require.
  2. Event wine list facility.
  3. Glass hire.
  4. Staffing for all bar and wine requirements.
  5. Wine tasting options prior to events.
  6. Champagne Bar.
  7. Pimm’s Bar.
  8. Cocktail Bar options.
  9. Pay bar for events.
  10. Free bar to event guests (on a fixed fee basis to be arranged with the hirer prior to event).

Whatever your event, be it a 40th birthday, Wedding or conference, we will be pleased to assist in any way we can to provide a professional touch to your occasion.

Please Note:

  1. It is possible to provide your own wines for the meal and toasts, however there will be a corkage charge levied for this. Corkage is charged at a Flat rate per bottle be it still or sparkling wine or Champagne. (included in this price we will chill and serve the wine to the table) Own wines may be provided up until the end of the wedding breakfast. Corkage is charged @ £7.00 per bottle.
  2. All Other alcohol and beverages must be purchased from Winters Bar.
  3. All corkage and pre-ordered wines must be paid ten days prior to your function.
  4. No Corkage or glass hire charge will be made if Wines are purchased from us. In addition we also offer an all inclusive drinks package for weddings and functions.

The above are simply examples of our all inclusive prices; however we can tailor a package to suit your specific requirements. If you wish to add a glass of port to accompany the cheese or a glass of desert wine to follow the sweet or simply substitute another wine, we can amend the price accordingly.

The above packages all include:

An option of both red or white wines.
A soft drink option of orange juice for post ceremony and toasting purposes.
Complimentary squashes for children throughout the day.
Bottles of filtered water for all tables replenished throughout the day.
All glassware required for the day from our standard range.
All staff costs.

The packages are examples of our all inclusive prices; however we can tailor a package to suit your specific requirements. If you wish to add a glass of port to accompany the cheese or a glass of desert wine to follow the sweet we can amend the price accordingly.

A full copy of the wines we are currently offering at the Barns is available upon request. However we will forward a copy to you nearer to your event date of the list at that time. However, again if you have a specific wine in mind we will be happy to source and price that to your requirements.

Corkage Terms & Conditions

Please note the following terms for all bookings providing their own wines for an event:

  1. Corkage is charged @ £7.00 per bottle.
  2. Corkage is charged on all bottles.
  3. Corkage should be paid no later than 10 days prior to an event. (Please liaise with Brendan to arrange this.)
  4. For quantities over 100 bottles a £30.00 handling fee will be levied.
  5. All wines need to be delivered to Winters Barns at least 24 hours in advance of any booking to allow for handling and adequate chilling time.
  6. Any wines not used will be returned next morning together with the relevant corkage.

Corkage is inclusive of all the following:

  1. All glassware from our standard range.
  2. All staff costs for the day.(unless the event falls on a public holiday)
  3. Bottles of filtered water for the tables replenished throughout the day.
  4. Complimentary squashes for children throughout the day.
  5. Soft drink option for non drinkers post ceremony and at toasting.
