We can accommodate up to 150 guests in our dedicated ceremony room or outside under the cart barn, weather permitting, and up to 200 for your reception.

We also have a bridal suite where the bride and groom can stay overnight (an additional charge applies).

Vehicles can be left on the premises overnight but we ask that they are removed by midday on the day after the wedding.

If you wish to marry at Winters Barns let us know and we will then book on line for you with the local registry office. You will then receive a confirmation by email.  Your date and time of marriage are guaranteed so don’t worry that you need to confirm the availability of a Celebrant and Registrar before you book the venue.

Once the registry office has received your booking, you will be sent a confirmation. An appointment will then be made for you to meet and discuss your arrangements with a member of their Ceremony Team, who will guide you through all the legal preliminaries to the wedding and make sure that these are successfully completed. We have five  high quality caterers who can offer a variety of foods according to your budget and taste including hog roasts, hot and cold buffets. (See ”Our Caterers” tab for further details of the caterers)

We have a full premises licence and fully stocked bar, which is automatically booked when you book the venue. It is currently run by Brendan Shilling of Alberrys Wine Bar in Canterbury. (See the ”Drink Supplier” tab for further details)

We can also help with florists, venue styling, chair covers, photographers, cars and entertainment from magicians to classical music to discos and bands.

We aim to personalise your wedding as you wish, Liz, the Wedding Co-ordinator, will take the strain off all the organisation and you will have use of her for no extra charge from booking right through to the wedding day, for all your wedding planning.
