We offer different wedding packages to suit different budgets. Please use the price calculator below to select a package and see how much your preferred option might cost. Alternatively, we’re happy to work with you to create a completely bespoke package. This gives you extra flexibility to plan your dream day.

We offer our Winters Package Monday to Sunday, all year round

Dedicated Wedding Coordinator from booking until your wedding to help plan and schedule your day.
Exclusive Use
Exclusive use of the barns and grounds, for ceremony and reception.
Dressing Rooms
Our air-conditioned spacious luxury Salon where the bridal party can get ready on the morning of the wedding.
Our Cottage
Our Cottage for the night of your wedding, within the beautiful barns complex.
Canapés
Canapés for all your day guests after the ceremony.
Three Course Meal
A delicious three course served meal with tea/coffee, rolls and butter, for all your day guests.
Evening buffet
An evening buffet for your day and evenings guests.
Sparkling wine
Sparkling wine for a post-ceremony drink. Table wine for your day guests and a glass of toasting wine for your day guests. You will be invited to a wine tasting where you can choose your wines and upgrade your choice if you wish.
DJ
A DJ for the evening.
Air-Conditioned
Fully heated throughout and air-conditioned ceremony room and dance floor.
Fully Staffed
Winters Barns is fully staffed on your wedding day including your personal Wedding Coordinator to ensure the day runs smoothly, acting as a Master of Ceremonies if required.
Menu tasting
Menu tastings are part of the package for you to enjoy and our wine tastings are often done at the same time.
Onsite backup generator
We have a 110kVA generator onsite available for the barns in the event of any power cut.

The balance of the venue hire is payable two months prior to the date of the wedding.
